Shipping Policy

After placing your orders please allow 1-2 business days for processing with an additional 2-3 business days for shipping (we only ship with USPS). If this timeframe has passed please track your order with the tracking information you were provided prior to reaching out to our customer service.

Please Note during promotions, or holiday season we may be required to add an additional 1-3 business days for processing.

Free US Shipping

By default all items that ship free are shipped via USPS Economy Shipping (5-7 business days). Upgrades are available at checkout.

International Shipping

We are not responsible for any fees required by customs.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Tracking Shipment

Please allow between 1-2 business days for your tracking to be updated in the carriers system. For exact location information, please contact your local post office if the delivery timeframe has not yet passed.

Lost or Stolen packages

If your package has been confirmed via USPS as delivered and you did not receive it please contact us via email at artbyminniebrown@gmail.com.

If you file a claim with USPS the driver on your route will be required to investigate that it was not accidentally delivered to the wrong address.

If you decide to file a claim with your financial institution your tracking number is automatically uploaded which will state that your package was indeed delivered. The only time that we will issue a store credit is when tracking confirms that the package was lost DURING TRANSIT (less any shipping cost) and not for packages that state DELIVERED in mailbox/porch/reception etc.

Returned packages

If your order is returned to us for any reason, there will be a fee to reship the package. This is a fee charged by USPS, you will be required to purchase the reship option directly from the website or a full refund will be given. Please send an email to artbyminniebrown@gmail.com to request an invoice for the reshipping.

Estimated shipping times

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
